On my philosophy of teaching

Learning is a life-time goal, “how to learn” is the greatest asset that a student can learn. Students that master “how to learn” become the pool from where researchers are borne. A professor should model the habits and skills as well as inspire and motivate with enthusiasm the act of learning. Although I could have remained as a successful practitioner serving clients, I opted for academia where I strive to inspire and motivate based on my learning skills that stimulate my paradigm for continuous learning. Instead of serving a dozen clients a year, I now serve hundreds of students that themselves will serve dozens of clients a year.
